Does anyone know if its possible to download (free) Microsoft Templates? I am looking for good templates to serve as a background for a poster. I see you can download or install straight from Microsoft word various templates like the ones under the newsletter category, but I’m hoping there is more online to choose from.

so i am making a newsletter front page on benjamin franklin’s kite experiment (any good tips would be good) so i am trying to find some old paper to making my newsletter old.

I want to take information from a spreadsheet, and use that to “fill in” a premade email template. However, within the template there needs to be “fill in the blanks” spaces which would be filled in from specified fields from the spreadsheet (Hello, , I see that you live at

). This isn’t anything like my message will read, just those are the kinds of fields I need auto-filled. I used Microsoft Outlook as my email client. Any help or direction to an online tutorial would be helpful thanks!

I am currently working on a small business solution and I was wondering how to create an automatic email everytime with a specific generated from a database….
for example when they do a purchase I have to send them a PIN from a database , how to link those things? and an even better anwser would include how to make a template for the email and insert this number in to a specific location …. which programmin language can do that?

I’ve tried pasting as multiple different formats but for some reason, it must get resampled upon sending. Any ideas why, how to turn it off, whether it is client or server side? Work arounds? Thanks!

How can I make a design in Photoshop and save it to use it as template on Word?

I am doing a Newsletter, and obviously I am planning on using the same format on pretty much any issue. So I finished designing the cover page but how can I save it to use it and edit it in word whenever the text in my newsletter changes?

I’m currently using Microsoft Word using one of their newsletter templates to create the documents, which are generally 10 pages long and loaded with graphics, photos, clip art, etc. The resulting documents are really large in size and because of their size, are impossible to email to anyone, even when I save them in PDF format. I already have Photoshop that I can use for graphics, but I’m wondering if there’s a better solution for the actual newsletter document. When completed, I’d like to not only print hard copies, but also be able to email it. The last draft I put together was over 25MB in size and it wasn’t yet completed. I can’t reduce the number of pages, nor the amount of photos/graphics in it. Any suggestions on software solutions to address my issues would be helpful.
