i want to edit the text in it?

Hi everyone!

I changed the name of my company a couple of months ago, but kept all the same accounts info. Everything is fine, no problem, except the invoice email template. It insists on including the old company name in the outgoing email subject line and the sign-off within the email itself, even though I have changed the company details in the Quickbooks company info area. Any ideas on how to fix this problem. Please help!

I see them all the time attached with info pictures and such but I don’t know how to do it myself.

I need to send out about 20 reminders. I’ve got an email template but need to add in personal details (name, ID number, etc.) for each person. I have a database containing all the information. Is there a way I can quickly put the data into the template and send them off without having to do it manually for each person?
P.S. I’m using MS Outlook, but if there are free tools that allow me to do this I don’t mind.

Yes thats what I was thinking of doing starting a website cause I have other software I have developed that I could put on there to for cheap, I program to learn but might aswell get something from it
To the second answer:
Sorry about my spelling errors I havent slept in 48+ hours, but I have been doing research and I’ve found mine can do everything all the other ones can and more. Its a perfectly bug free program with no dangerous flaws.
And it wouldnt be for spam and such. More like automated newsletter sending, event info etc..etc..

How would one creat an Email Template. What software is best to use?

I have a need to send a lot of similar emails to the customers of my small business. I currently use Outlook to read/send email and use the draft facility to send emails over and over again.

What I need is a way of setting up a number of different emails with various fields which can be set as variables – eg their name, todays date, invoice amounts, etc.

I then need to be able to complete a simple form, with these details/variables add the recipients email address and the software goes off and send the email via my normal ISP.

Not sure I explained this very well but if you have any ideas I would love to hear them.

Ok, so, I’m trying to look for FREE DYNAMIC FLASH TEMPLATES or FREE FLASH SOFTWARE. I need either a website with all free DYNAMIC flash templates for websites or a FREE flash software that allows me to make my own template. Not a shareware, a FREEware file. Thanks. Please help. Set up some email templates that i want to get rid of for various reason (one of which is double signature line appears). How do I delete these templates?
