I am looking for any web application or template which can do something like Ebay. it means you have something for sale (which the product is related to our website speciality). then you come to our site , create an account and post your ad. then others can come and see it and if intersted can contact you and buy it. is there any template for that on the web? or anyone knows what I should exactly look for on the web?

I have created my own personalized newsletter in publisher, however when I send as a message my graphics, images and text are removed, missing and/or blank. I don’t desire to send as an attachment and i do know that its the best way, but I can’t imagine that this is either impossible or unfix-able. So the question is, How can I fix this with publisher or even outlook? or is there a way to send a .pdf via message vs. attachment and I am willing to spend $$ if there is a email marketing site that will allow me to upload my own? Lastly Is there a website that allows my own creation that I can use my own detail and be able to send newsletters instead of their provided templates? I am desperate but I believe I will have a break through. Thanks all.

I have a Store Design Business on eBay. I sell Store Logos & Web Pages. Should I start selling Templates?
I have seen alot of designers sell templates and make really good money. I am thinking about selling my own auction templates on eBay.
Does anyone know the best price to ask for an auction template? Some are selling them for $3 and I have seen them go up to $10.
Please email me or do a Yahoo Search on my eBay store to check out my exquisite designs!=) Give me some feedback on my work. I always love to hear from others.=)
Thanks and have a blessed day,

Hi,
I currently run and own a sports related website that consists of sports articles, sports directory and a sports forum. I rank well with MSN, Yahoo and for a few keywords with Google. In fact, my site ranks well with yahoo when searching for sports articles; my site in the top 11.
I’d like to keep my current sports site and design the site more for sports articles and directory, since both are doing well.
That being said, I’d like to open up my own sports cards trading shop. I would sell products in an auction format. Visitors would signup for a weekly newsletter that would inform them of new auctions that have been added.
Should I design this sports auction store as another domain name? It would not hurt my search engine placement, penalize or ban me if I run two sports related websites and link them together?
Again, one of the sports sites I own is just a directory, forums and articles. The other would be my very own sports store in the format of auction style.

A competitor has emailed me telling me I have ‘intellectually’ stolen her keywords.
We are both in the same business in the same city and she claims that I must delete the keywords that are the same as hers…these keywords are important to freelance artist in this city and I have not used her name, just the words relating the business type in the city…
They are obvious keywords for anyone in this particular field to be found on google! I think she is just annoyed that I now rank higher than her on the first page of results. This is probably because I get a LOT of traffic to my website from newsletters I send out etc…and because my page content is very good.
She is being quite nasty! She claims ‘copyright’ and ‘intellectual property theft’! I asked her which of these keywords she had trademarked (I was being cheeky) and she said “that’s not the point…blah blah blah”.
She also claims I stole her title! Her title is:
her name : her business type
My title is:
my name : my business type | my business type in a different format | and a different format again
She is upset that I have the use of the colons :
I have since deleted them and just put another |
She must go around viewing the source from all her competitors websites. Clearly she’s not getting much business, perhaps something to do with attitude!
Have I actually done anything wrong if I am using the same keywords as her (and most other people in this field!). What if they are in the same ‘order’!?
