How to remove blackberry email signature?

Hi,

I have a blackberry pearl 8100 on Vodafone in the UK. Everytime I send an email there is a signature which says “sent from my BLACKBERRY wireless device” I can’t seem to get rid of it please help!

How do I get full email (pictures & text) on my Blackberry? My email comes in as html when opened/read?

I want email once opened to be in full content and not in html. I have tried the email settings for the Blackberry and there is no mention. Even Sprint has no answer for me.
