which is the best email signature creating software?
I like add my name in the outgoing mails with style & colourfull in the final stage of the mails.such as Yours faithfully BROWN.
How to create that one using any software?

I can make the clock, but when i post the html code into my signature block area and send a test email it doesn’t work.

I’m using lotus notes and I’ve noticed other people have added graphics (pictures or animated pics) to the bottom of their signature on outgoing emails. I cannot figure out how to get a picture as part of my signature. Cutting and pasting the picture does not work.

i have a psd file(email template) and i would like to convert it to emails. thanks
sorry. it has to be in an email template format like in a “newsletter” kinda thing not like in a attachment file or stuff like that. thanks in advance

I would like to have people type in info into my forms and have it sent to my e-mail but not have to ask them for their e-mail or have to go through their e-mail.

do i just attach the htm doc, or everything that i used like pics and such?

My friend has an email that says “Please consider the environment before printing this email,” I am looking for a signature that is like this, but different wording. Where can I find one or do you have one about being green? My company wants to be more green and we’re looking for something that states it to other people to consider conserving our resources.

Its a really simple looking format…just like a basic Tabloid newspaper but smaller…less text and only 2 pics.

I looked at all the templates on Word and they all include annoying little pics or ugly colours…what would be the best free download or other method to make something like the one in the link?

It’s for a family newsletter but I want it to look simple and clear for our older family members….

I am looking to find a free web template to be used for a tutoring services organization. It would be good if it is based on HTML/DHTML/CSS, etc… The audience are parents looking to find a tutor for their kids, or adult students. Grades 1 through University.
