Where can you buy or download for free the best pre-made web templates using flash, css, XML?

I need something extremely nice, flashy, something that would make customers be so interested in my services. First impressions are the most important. Also affordable. I just got out of college and am trying to start my own business. I was thinking of something with a glob or map of the world made with flash that shows a whole bunch of random lines being drawn as if its a massive view of the worlds networking systems animated. 1. Something like that would cost you a lot of money and I don’t think there is anything like that already made.
2. If your going to have quite a bit on your website I wouldn’t recommend having a full flash site. they are generally used for things like…about the person.
3. You could look around for some flash headers that do something like that. I personally have 100’s of flash headers intros and sites along with CSS and HTML that could possibly be what your looking for. I would give it to you for free. Send me a personal message with your email or email me at:

Try 4Layouts for web templates. There are a lot of free templates on there but you might need to spend $20-35 to get what you are looking for.
