Any Version of Adobe Flash.

I edit lot of flash templates for my Joomla! Site ..

You can edit the text, pictures, movement etc.

Type free download of adobe flash and youll get many links.!

Some flash templates have the text pulled in from an external file such as; XML, TXT, or HTML file. See if this is the case and if it is then the text you want to edit could be inside that file. I have seen flash templates set up this way to allow easy editing of text.

However, if you do not see any files like the ones I mentioned then you will need to get a copy of the Flash software and edit the FLA source file and then publish a new SWF file, and unfortunately the learning curve for the Flash program can be very steep.
