Can you give me a template email I want to send to a university requesting for scholarship?

I have a master degree in physics and I am interested in getting my PHD or another master degree in a uni.
From the past I have few essays that have been accepted in an Irish seminar back in 2006. I also have been working for 4 years.

I don’t know how to put these in my email. A brief answer can help me a lot. Thanks in advance.
