Attach with email.
Or copy the HTML page and past in your mailing composer.

If your page was sent to you & you want to forward it on, then for regular Yahoo mail (not beta)
From your email inbox
Open the email
Click the arrow on the ‘forward’ button for a drop down list
Select ‘in-line text’
You are now in edit mode, make any adjustments, hi-light & delete any text
Send
You can send as an attachment, but there may be info you may not want your clients to see, like the previouse addresses.
If your clients do not allow HTML in their emails they will only see the text.

You can’t compose HTML emails in Yahoo! Mail — the tags will be treated as ordinary text. And I doubt that sending an HTML file as an attachment is a viable option for you; generally, your recipients would have to open the file to view your message.
You’ll need to use another email client, like Outlook Express, or get an account at an email marketing site.
This is what I did: Open a Gmail account. You can set that up for POP3 access from Outlook Express.
