It started last week or so. I was getting everything fine and one day I get the template of the email with their logo and no content. Please advise on how to remidy this problem.

Well, Carmen, I occasionally have the same problem, ( mostly when e-mail is from friends–ie pictures, and or graphics). There are several things you can try and maybe one of them will work for you.
Go to “options”>>”general preferences” and scroll to “security” where you can choose show (or not) HTML graphics. OR—-also in general preferences, find under “Spam”, the link for “Image Blocking”, and choose —do not block. I have to tell you that neither of these worked for me, but maybe for you it will. It certainly won’t hurt to try.
What does work FOR ME, more times than not is—–Click on drop down arrow next to forward and choose, “as inline text”. The (forward) window that opens is already treated as HTML , and you should be able to scroll the body of message and see pics (graphics). At this time,– if I want to keep them–I usually just go ahead and forward to myself and delete the original.
If little red xs are present, the above solution probably won’t work. ????? I don’t know why, BUT, Yahoo Help Index said:—– it’s likely the sender didn’t indicate “to treat as HTML”, and images were never transported—–meaning there’s no way to bring them up.
I’m sorry I didn’t have the sure fire solution, but I hope one of the above will be of some help to you.
Good luck.
