Just inserting or attaching JPEG picture in HTML file
does not show up when e-mail is received by receipient.

This is a good question in Y mail. I will follow this. I do this with Firefox. BUT sometimes it works & sometimes not.

Yahoo webmail does not allow for the insertion of graphics within the email. You have to use a separate email program which requires use of Mail Plus.
