What is a good software or CD where you can download professional email and letter templates?


Instead of having to start from scratch, I am looking for something where I can just fill in the blanks and sign or fill in the blanks and send. I know there are templates in MS Word, but it doesn’t have the variety I am looking for.

I worked for a company where almost every letter sent out was from a generic template that I am sure had to be set-up or typed-up at one point, but with technology being so advanced now, there has to be some type of software or CD you can purchase to incorporate that into my small business.

Can I have an email signature on some emails but not all?


I want to keep my email signature, but I belong to one Yahoo group that doesn’t allow automatic signatures. Can I somehow have a signature for some emails, but just not to that one particular group?

Is it possible to use 2003 Publisher to create email templates that can be sent through Yahoo mail?
