I am going to use spy-pig to know if my email has been read. One of the requirements is to use HTML-formatted mail only. Mine is plain text, which it says I can’t use. How can I change it or send it HTML?

If you’re using the All New Mail OR the updated Classic version.
On the composing page are the links—-”Rich Text or Plain Text”—-that enables or disables that action. Click Rich Text to enable it.
IF your original Classic Mail hasn’t been updated yet.
Go to mail page>>options (top right)>>scroll to and click on *Composing Emails*, and check the button by —-”compose using color and graphics”—-then click “save” at bottom of page.
