I’m new to selling. How do I send an email to my buyers to tell them their item has been dispatched? Does anyone have a template I can use? Thanks

Log on to your ebay account and go to the What I’m selling section. There should be a link that will let you “Contact Buyer” for the specific auction item click on that link and you get a popup mail window

Go to your item sold and click on contact buyer.
Send them a message saying that their item was sent on xxxx date and include the tracking number that the post assigned to the package.
Also, go into paypal and enter the tracking number into paypal, just in case of a dispute. You will be covered under the seller’s protection that way.
