Whenever you register yourself for newsletter to a website then you receive mails which are actually HTML files. I want to know how can I send HTML files as mails the same way as done by the other websites.

Many mail application supports HTML mode. For example, in Microsoft Outlook you can set the mail you type/edit in HTML, Rich Text or Plain Text mode.

HTML code is actually just plain old ascii text. Just use any old text editor, like Notepad, to open the html file, then copy and paste into the body of your email.

There are lots of free softwares which allow you to do bulk mailing and send HTML File as Email.
The Software I like is Group Mail.
Use this Software to help yourself available for free from.
