When we download HTML file from mail there comes a folder as well file on my documens. Folder contains several files. How to password protect these all files or the entire folder.

There are a number of programs you could use to encrypt the files. One good program is PGP (www.pgp.com). Just encrypt the files, save the encrypted files, then erase the originals.
