Ever seen one of those email Newsletters? Some offering discount vouchers, while others promotional adverts with dynamic content (flash, swf, javascript, CSS, etc.) and the email is WITHOUT attachments…
Can outlook achieve this without sending attachments? What do I need?

You can almost do all of this. You cannot use flash, swf, or javascript. It is just impossible. Every email provider will strip out things like this. However, the CSS and images can be done without being attachments. (which I guess you could use gifs for motion)
1. Save file as an HTML file
2. Move the file to C:\program files\common files\microsoft shared\stationery
3. Open Outlook
4. Go to Actions -> New Mail Message Using -> More Stationery…
5. Select the stationery you want (The name of your html file)
Now if you know HTML, and CSS. Outlook, tends to do funny things with them. So it is going to be a little harder than making it for just for the web. So make sure you test it out, and send it to yourself because you will not get it right the first time. Also, the images need to be hosted on some web server.
If you don’t know HTML or your looking for a professional looking email template, visit. I have found they have fantastic email designs. They do all the work for you, and they have a much easier way to install their product. (Wish I could give that to you but it only works with their designs.)
