I need a blank template, with just the lines to be a guideline. I could also use Paint. I need it to be quite economic and fit the more bookmarks as its possible on each sheet. (The paper I would be using is 12 x 12 inches)

I don’t think you can do it in Microsoft word. Try using the microsoft help. (generally F1)
