About 10 years ago, I spent a year in the ROTC program and learned some basic navigation. It seems there was a small clear plastic square template that was used in addition to the compass and map to help navigate. We kept them in our hats. Does anyone have any clue what I am referring to? What was that thing called and what was it used for?

I use thunderbird and i want to create an email with a special look, including header, pictures and varying formatting. I guess I create HTML-code in eg. Frontpage and then copy into mail. I am not sure and i do not know how to do it.

I’m trying to make a html newsletter that I can email to my clients…I have a html page of how I want it but if I copy paste the code into outlook or yahoo mail the recipient only sees the code instead of the actual nicely made newsletter.
Can anyone help me on this?

I don’t want it to be an attachement…I want it to appear nicely like I get from other companies.

I am creating a newsletter on publisher 2003. I originally did this in word and the converted it to an email but I feel this looks a little outdated. Now the design I have created on publisher 03 looks great but I can’t hyperlink. I have read up on the need to create HTML codes which I have copied for use (altered but unbroken) when these are inserted instead of becomming invisible when sent as an email message – they remain visible on the page and they don’t work? I have tried just testing codes I have gotten off the web from legitimate sources and to no avail. Would love some direction perhaps I am missing something simple? Thanks

Yes I have a web based account, its an account through the school I go to, and I was wondering if there is a program like Outlook for example that I can use to check my email on that account instead of opening up a browser and logging in.

The body of the html email has a list of various classes available and I want the recipient to be able to select one of the classes and then hit a submit button which will redirect them to the register page. The action is exactly the same as a text link. I’m trying to avoid 50 text links in the email — because that has a tendency to look ummm…really bad. Would appreciate any input and code. Many thanks!
