Didn’t they mention the TV brand name. If they didn’t they probably don’t have one to give away. The whole point of raffling a TV is to advertise the name.
And as for the participation just say yes, enter me in the contest. Why would that take a minute? Is it to fill out your name, address, bank account and credit card number perhaps?

First, this is not a genealogy question, but I am not sure where it should go,
Second, I would never reply to a random email like this. Sounds like a spam scam to me.

Totally agree with second answer. This is a perfect way to get personal identity information and it is done everyday to millions. The first clue that is may be bogus is that you were chosen from millions receiving a news letter, not a specific one – just a newsletter.

It says “possible” LCD TV Winner.
It will probably ask you to input an email address or some other details. This is a spam, I will delete it. If you want, go ahead check it out but as soon as they ask you for your credit card number, to send money and such, don’t.

If you don’t remember you joined any raffle it’s more likely a frame-up/fake/scam
