I know how to create HTML files and I know how to use email software to send emails, but how do I put 2 plus 2 together and make HTML and send it out in emails so that it shows up in the recipient’s inbox looking like a web page?

It depends on what email software you have… For example, Outlook doesn’t have a handy function for html emails, but you can preview your html page, copy it, and paste into your compose email window. That mostly works okay (some things may not translate). If you have Thunderbird, then they have an “Insert html” option, which is great. You can copy your html and paste into the little “insert html” window, click ok, and it inserts it into your compose window. I’m sure there are other ways too, but these are the only ones I know
