How to send email with HTML code for Windows Live Hotmail?
February 4th 2010
I’m trying to send a message with my hotmail email account and hotmail disabled my html code.
How can I fix this? I know on the old hotmail format you could go to “compose” and just switch off the Rich Text option but on windows live, I can’t for the life of me find out where to do this.

You could try and use the basic version of windows live hotmail. You should get the option to do so while messenger is loading.
You can also try and use a program which is very similar to outlook express, but allows the use of hotmail addresses called Windows Live Mail. Have a look at the link below.
I would have just said that you should switch back to the old version of windows live hotmail, however this will eventually be phased out so it isn’t worth showing you how to.
If this is a feature that you would like to see in updates to windows live hotmail you can suggest it at this link.
If this is a one-off you could put the code into a word, word pad or notepad document and attach it to the message.
Hope this helps you
