I hope to sell these templates on the net. If it is illegal, are there any mothod to get their permission?

Its illegal and copyright infringement.You get their permission by paying agreed upon royalties. Just like Nike swish etc.

Yes, it would be illegal without their permission.
You need to contact their corporate offices and tell them what you want. They will either tell you no, or they will charge you a licensing fee that authorizes you to use the images.
