Where can I find a good program for borders, maybe templates for my professional photogrpahy business?

I want to be able to make my photos look really nice with borders and putting multiple photos onto one page. I use CPQ right now, but I’m not satisfied with their templates. Any ideas?? I’m willing to spend a few hundred dollars.
I sell my photos, and I have a lot of demand for multi images and photos in borders. You may not like them, but A LOT of people spend a lot of money to have the portraits enhanced that way.

I think borders cheapen the photo. Don’t waste your money.
