I don’t know how to design Websites using a certain program and so I wonder if you know any free web hosting which also offers templates you can easily work with. Thanks!

I was wondering if anyone knew a good place to get HTML blog templates? I can’t download anything because my computers crap, so I need to use HTML codes instead. I’ve found a couple sites but they all only have a few on them (and not very nice ones at that), and the rest are downloads…Any help would be great…

I’m new to blogger, however I’m fairly computer savvy and this is bugging me. I’m trying to change the template on my Blog site on blogspot, and the directions say that in order to upload an XML file that I downloaded, I need to go to the HTML tab under Template and click the browse button and find the file I downloaded. However, when I go to the HTML tab, the browse button doesn’t exist and I have no way to upload the file. Any ideas as to how to fix this?

I’m trying to create specific templates for medical reports, but I just can’t figure it out. It lets me delete text from existing templates, and place my text there, but I can’t use those template styles. Isn’t there a way to make your own?
