Okay I have a html template which I like. Now where can I host it for free and how do I host it!?

go to webng.com > Register > Upload .html files

Just register to the blog providers such as blogspot, wordpress, or yahoo blog, you can then upload your html template as easy as you see

you can use master page concept to implement template. put the html content in master page and the main content in a content panel so you can put any data in content panel

You can do that with Microsoft Office Live Small Business. It’s a free service from Microsoft. Sign up for it, then go to Web Site -> Site Action -> Activate Advanced Designer Tool. Then again from Site Action -> Activate Third-Party Design Tool. You will then be given a link to access your web folder. Click on it and a web folder (it’s just like a folder on your desktop) will open up. Delete default.aspx on it first. Copy the HTML template to it and make sure you rename the homepage (usually index.html) to default.html. It has 500MB of storage. Try it out:
