It would help to know the program you plan to use, or all of the ones you have on your computer. List Works as well if you have that too.

The best site for templates for any need would be
You will then click on the templates link type in what you are looking for and it will populate with a list that you can go through and choose the best one for your needs. They have every application as well, you download them and make the changes and modifications that you need. I use it all of the time.
