im doing an assignment on web 2.0 and having a hard time trying to understand some of the thing that i read online

can you guys help me explain on this differences that i found between web 1.0 and web 2.0

Finally, I think this is the css template I need. It is a three column template. My website www.moneytalkstome.info will be website plus blog . I need to switch around the category column to the left and have the articles and news story in the center and the newsletter and advertisement on the right. How do I go about doing that?

Im tyring make this newsletter and for some reason when i add the picture in the top header where the picture is on the template, it messes up all of my lines and paragraphs…. im not new to computers and i know them wel, but i was wondering if anyone knew a way to make the picture freely movable and not constrained to a line on the document. lke how powerpoint works…any ldeas?

While I found some paid services, I was wondering if there are any cheap or free ways of doing this. Does anyone have any suggestions or ideas?
